Hailed as the "Best Quartet in the Hudson Valley" by Hudson Valley Magazine, the Bardavon String Quartet is the perfect complement for your wedding or special event.

Comprised of the standard configuration of two violins, viola and cello, the quartet members are all principal players of the Hudson Valley Philharmonic. Our expansive repertoire includes traditional classics, Broadway show tunes and romantic favorites.  The quartet can also honor requests for flute, oboe, trumpet, or singer.

We are familiar with all types of ceremonies and can enhance your cocktail hour and dinner as well.  The quartet has played for hundreds of weddings, parties and events, and continues to treat each one as unique and special.

Harpist

 "The Joy of Harp"

Located in Garrison, New York, Joy Plaisted is an experienced professional harpist available to play in the Hudson River Valley, Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess Counties.

Formerly the tea-time harpist at the St. Regis Hotel in New York City, Joy brings a touch of elegance to weddings and special events.

Also a Hospital Certified Harp Therapist through the Bedside Harps program, Joy brings a special sensitivity and serenity to any occasion.
